What do some of our customers say?
“Within and an hour or so Ali and Ben had expertly assessed the ideal setup of my bike.
As a result of retaining Ben and Ali’s coaching and bike setup services, my riding has improved easily by 25 per cent and more importantly my enjoyment of riding has also increased dramatically. I cannot stress enough the effect the setup of the bike has had on my confidence, I now feel like I am part of the bike and not just sitting on it.”
Ross Dobson
“As a full time cyclist I spend a lot of hours on the bike and achieving the optimal position on the bike is very important when it comes to getting the most out of my training and racing. Body Bike Trail made adjustments to my bike and clearly explained to me the impact of each change, which I appreciated greatly. I feel confident, comfortable and stable with my new setup. The methods that Ben and Ali used simply made sense and they took the time to get things spot on.”

From the ‘Ben Henderson Masters Camp’
“Attending one of Ben’s camps was a valuable learning experience. Getting expert advice on overall bike handling technique & how to ride various technical aspects of single track has improved my confidence and capability in a very short timeframe.”
Tim Christie
“Throw in training and skills tuition, support for your body and bike, and a friendly, knowledgeable team. My riding has definitely improved. Best of all it was brilliant fun”.
Trent Moore
“I found the training camp run by Ben Henderson and team to be informative and challenging. The riding was fantastic, the skills training very relevant, the stretching painful (but necessary!) and the discussions on nutrition, training techniques and bike mechanics extremely useful. Best of all was the camaraderie – it was a great environment in which to train, learn and have some fun. Ben, Ally and the rest of the team were fantastic.”

“I am a firm believer in the benefits of coaching, and not only for elite athletes. I compete in the Masters division at MTB Cross Country events, and have been looking for some relevant coaching.
I signed up for Ben’s Master’s camp as soon as I saw it, and I was not disappointed. The three day camp included skills coaching, group training, seminars, stretching, and a little racing. One advantage of a multi day camp is that it allows time for many presentations, and we covered nutrition, training and bike maintenance among others.
Another advantage of a camp is that skills can be taught, then worked on. For example, we learned improved cornering techniques and then had two more days to practice them and refine the skills.
The icing on the cake was to do all this and ride fantastic single track around Tathra. I can thoroughly recommend the Master’s camp to anyone wanting to improve their riding and racing.”
